JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2024 The grievance of the petitioner is non-selection of the petitioner for the post of Senior Secondary School Teacher for Chemistry Subject by the B.P.S.C. under Advertisement No. 26/2023 dated 30.05.2023, issued by the B.P.S.C.

It is the case of the petitioner himself, as stated in paragraph no. 9 of the writ petition, that the petitioner secured 47 marks in the computer science subject whereas the cut off marks prescribed by the B.P.S.C. was 52. It is not in dispute that as per the advertisement and the Rules, B.P.S.C. is competent to fix the cut off marks.

3. Under the circumstance, the petitioner has failed to make out a case for interference by this Court.

4. As such, the instant writ petition, being devoid of merit, stands dismissed.
