The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 302 of the IPC was added.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that Mohan Yadav and Ganesh Yadav caught his hands and pressed his mouth and ordered to kill on such Mohan Yadav is said to have fired. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner and similarly situated accused, namely, Ram Yadav @ Ramu Yadav and Dhanraj Yadav @ Dhanraj Prasad Yadav have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23331 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.39070 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura P.S.
