Despite valid service of copy of the petition, no one appears for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 337, 338, 504, 353 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is an inordinate delay caused in institution of FIR, which is based on the self statement of the SHO of Lakhisarai, police station, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)
