The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S.Case No.111 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147,1 48, 149,341, 323, 307, 448, 379,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that some of the petitioners have snatched the golden chain and other articles. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that prior to lodging of this case , a case had been lodged by the mother of the petitioner no.8 against the informant and others. There is no allegation of assault against any of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S.Case No.111 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
