The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 47/54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. About 3 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2016.
Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 225 of 2016.
