The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 187 of 2022 registered under Sections 323/341/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Both the parties are next door neighbour. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
