JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-08-2015 The present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing the entire prosecution case arising out of Dharhara P.S.Case No. 60 of 2014 registered under sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code as also section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.
In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the application. It is accordingly dismissed.
