Mr. Ramadhar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 16-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Writ Application is dismissed, because it lacks basic material facts by which she is entitled to family pension or pension of any kind on behalf of her late husband. It is evident that the husband of the petitioner superannuated way back on 31.10.1994 and died in 2001. Obviously, he had not opted for pension scheme, so he had not raised this issue during his life time.

The present writ application is a speculative one, not
