2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 120B, 182 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B), 58(2) of the N.D.P.S Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2023 and there is recovery of 1 1⁄2 Kg of Ganja from his possession.
4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
5. Considering the period of custody and also considering the recovery of intermittent quantity of ganja from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, N.D.P.S Act, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023.
7. The petitioner will visit Hunterganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
