Case No.230 of 2013 instituted under Sections-147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is a case and counter case, which is also evident from perusing the order of the learned 5thAdditional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Izhar Alam, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.
