JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. For issuance of the appropriate writ, order(s) or directions(s) in the nature of 'Certiorari for quashing the resolution no.-31.03.2023 801/23 dated (03.01.2023 of the Bihar State Bar Council (Annexure No.-P/5) wherein the concerned authority did not consider the grievance of the petitioner and take a decision in favour of the respondent no.-7 on the ground
Patna High Court CWJC No.14401 of 2023(3) dt.02-07-2024 2/3 that the submission of the petitioner did not consider and he was insisted to submit the original document, further, the decision was also taken by considering the personal issues between the parties which is contrary to law as at the time of taking decision one must stick to the issues presented before them and decides the same without getting influenced by other issues.
II. For issuance of the appropriate writ, order(s) or directions(s) in the nature of 'Mandamus' inter alia seeking directions upon respondents, especially respondents no.-4 and 5 to take appropriate legal action against respondent no.-7 who gets himself enrolled in the Bihar State Bar Council on the basis of the forged and fabricated certificates /documents and presently practising in Civil Court, Nalanda as well as Hon'ble High Court, Patna.
III. For issuance of the appropriate writ, order(s) or directions(s) in the nature of 'Mandamus' inter alia seeking directions upon respondent no.-3 to take appropriate legal action against respondent no.-7 by instituting First Information Report (F.I.R.) as he procured the service and siphoned the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
