The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the deceased stated that his daughter was married Lagan Thakur four years ago, but on 26.09.2013, he got information that his daughter was killed and her dead body was concealed.
It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner has not committed any offence and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The husband is in jail.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38492 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 petitioner is mother-in-law, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar II, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Chousa P.S. Case No. 115 of 2013.
