This is an application seeking extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24/06/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16316 of 2014 in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 54 of 2013, pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna. It is submitted the due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioner failed to avail the liberty with stipulated period granted to her vide order aforementioned.

In view of the above, as prayed for, the period to avail the liberty granted to the petitioner, abovenamed, vide order dated 24/06/2014 is extended till 4th February, 2015, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) with District Legal Services Authority, Danapur, Patna.
