Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A, 26(1)(2)(3) and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of one case.

Allegation is of recovery of huge quantity of arms and ammunitions from the poultry farm of the petitioner based on secret information that petitioner and Chandan Kumar are involved in manufacturing of arms and ammunitions as detailed

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and nothing was recovered from the poultry farm. The petitioner based on his antecedent came to be implicated in the present case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submits that allegation is of recovery of huge quantity of arms and ammunitions from the poultry farm of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the father Raghuni Singh and further if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by
