1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 02.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.6315 of 2019, the District Program Officer (Establishment), Supaul, has already passed a

Patna High Court MJC No.3572 of 2019(5) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 reasoned order dated 18.02.2022, rejecting the claim of the petitioner except to the extent of a sum of Rs.55,485, which has already stood paid to the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, in case the petitioner is so aggrieved, he may take recourse to the due process of law for the purposes of challenging the aforesaid order dated 18.02.2022.
