JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioenr was rejected by this Court taking note of this fact that looted motorcycle and mobile were recovered from possession of the petitioner and again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned in the order dated 24.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10781 of 2015 and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 641 of 2014, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trail of the petitioner and try to conclude the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30863 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2/2 as early as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order because the petitioner is in jail custody since 20.09.2014.
