Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 322 of 2014 registered under Sections- 20/22 of N.D.P.S. Act and section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. First information report has been lodged after delay of two days and there is no explanation for the same. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named accused and the allegations levelled against the petitioner are of serious nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7552 of 2017 (5) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case within three months.
