2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have killed the deceased over a dispute of orchestra.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and is in custody since 02.05.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the dead body and the motorcycle of the deceased has been recovered on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65672 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 statement of the petitioner. He further submits that post-mortem report also supports the crime.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
