JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. For issuance of an appropriate writ / writs in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to make payment of compensation of Rs. Four lakhs 400000/- with interest to the petitioner (dependent & widower) of Asha Karyakarta (worker) namely Sumila Devi died on 28.07.2015 working as Aasha Karyakarta under primary Health Centre, Obra, Aurangabad. ii. Further for issuance of a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation of

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, i.e. the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Aurangabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Aurangabad shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
