JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jale P. S. Case No. 92 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R. petitioner has not submitted the Register 3A and 3AA and for that, the present case has been lodged. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as he was suffering from cancer, he could not deposit the documents. He is ready to deposit the documents, if protection is given to him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61983 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.-II, Darbhanga, in connection with Jale P. S. Case No. 92 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he has to deposit the above documents within a period of one month from his release, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
