ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that four witnesses have already been examined by 16.7.2015, I see no reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing prayer for bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 661 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
