05.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
Fifteen litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 26.04.2016 without having any criminal antecedents.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 (G.R. Case No. 1992 of 2016).
