Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

As per prosecution case, 215.640 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from car.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the said car nor is he concerned with the mobile phone in question. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
