2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Siwan City P.S. Case No. 344 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, three unknown miscreants on the point of pistol snatched the motorcycle of the informant and other articles.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and the same has been lodged against unknown persons. The name

Nothing incriminating/looted articles have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. No T.I. Parade has been done. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 05.07.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and especially the fact that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan City P.S. Case No. 344 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
