2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 78 of 2023 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 135 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and under Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have killed the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased and they are innocent and they have no role in the alleged incident.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioner No. 03 is in custody since 31.10.2022 and petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are in custody since 10.11.2022.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Supaul in connection with Sessions Trial No. 78 of 2023 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 135 of 2022.
