Petitioner is accused in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 110, 120B, 376 of the I.P.C. and sections 3 & 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. The victim in her statement under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has not stated about the complicity of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.12.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.8639 of 2017 (4) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2016.
