JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 48 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 406, 494, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that he married the informant and later on demanded Rs.1,00,000/- and for that he used to abuse and assault her and later on he performed second marriage and ousted her from the house. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep her.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78356 of 2018(2) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
