The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018, registered under Sections 341/323/324/307/354/379/447/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties on account of admitted land dispute between them. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
