This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Complaint based first information report shows that the offence relates to murder of brother of the complainant and the petitioner is under suspicion. Submission of the petitioner is that coaccused, Ajay Kahar, has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38501 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court.
