2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 363 and 366(A) of the IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner abducted the sister (victim) of the informant and victim in her statement under section 164 Cr. P . C has also supported the prosecution case .
