JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Parbatta (Bharat Khand) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have assaulted with the iron rod on the head of the victim and on that account he was admitted in the hospital and the doctor has opined for the grievous injury.

The petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2016.

This Court, at present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32682 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after ten months of jail-custody.
