The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pusa P.S.Case No. 96 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is the husband of the informant and the allegation is torture and harassment in connection with demand of dowry and the marriage was solemnized in the year 2013. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife but she declined to lead conjugal life on the false pretext that the petitioner has married with another lady and the impugned order itself shows that she has received Rs. 3,25,000/- given by the

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIth, Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S.Case No. 96 of 2016.
