Case No. 27 of 2018 dated 14.01.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. After some argument, Mr. Dhramveer, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail. Should such an application be filed, the Court below shall take into account that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and that his implication
