====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 267 of 2025 dated 14.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 311 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 4-5 unknown miscreants riding on three motorcycles are alleged to have tried to snatch money from the informant and when the informant objected the same, they fired on the informant, due to which, he sustained bullet injury on his hand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the

The name of the petitioner has come in the present case on the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner because who was the driver of the informant which has got no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. No T.I.P. has been conducted by the prosecution. No any incriminating or any looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the other co-accused persons, namely, Vishal Kumar and Deepak Kumar @ Putul have already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 59658 of 2025 vide order dated 27.08.2025. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 267 of 2025.
