We find that the substantive sentence passed against the appellants under Section 304B is ten years. In view of the proviso to Rule 236 of Chapter XII (Part-A) of Patna High Court Rules, all the appellants in which maximum sentence is up to ten years would be placed and heard by a Single Judge. In view of the aforesaid provision, let this case be listed before a Single Judge.
