Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Andhratharhi P.S.Case No.133 of 2018 corresponding to G.R.No.1560/18 registered under Sections 420, 419, 120(B) of I.P.C. and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.
Allegation against the petitioner, Anamika Kumari,is that she has influenced in the Typist Examination as in her place some body was appearing.
Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has been falsely implicated in this case and she is ready to abide by the conditions as imposed upon her by this Court.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

No.78874 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IIIrd, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in Andhratharhi P.S.Case No.133/18/ G.R.No.1560 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and further condition that the bailors must be of local having sufficient movable and immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
