The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted the father of informant by iron rod due to which his left leg got fractured and also assaulted him with pistol. It is submitted that injuries have been found to be simple in nature and this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Present case is counter version of Tisiauta PS Case No. 55 of 2021 lodged by Sumitra Devi from the informant's side. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.543 of 2022(2) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 Counsel for informant however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that this petitioner assaulted father of informant, as a result of which his leg got fractured. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
