The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 332, 333, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that under the leadership of this petitioner, co-accused along with this petitioner creating hindrance and block the road of NH -57 due to which public suffer inconvenience due to blockage of road. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has not been apprehended at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.498 of 2022(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 spot and during course of occurrence two official persons have sustained injuries which have been found to be simple in nature. There is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 405 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
