The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made an allegation that the petitioner and another accused had kidnapped his two minor grand daughters. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped Ruchi Kumari, who made her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. and disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went along with the petitioner and solemnized marriage. The victim disclosed her age to be 17 years. The court assessed the age of the victim to be 18 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38411 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015, G. R. No. 2556 of 2015.
