JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.203 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession to connect the petitioner in the commission of the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58287 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.203 of 2018.
