2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 100 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 320, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, three persons were identified fleeing away after killing the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because of the earlier dispute between the parties which is also apparent from the FIR itself.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is not a person of criminal nature and he is not expected to kill someone.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2023.

8. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

10. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 100 of 2023.

11. As a condition of this order, the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial.
