JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State. Annexure-5, which is dated 07.04.2011, will not be applicable to the case of the present petitioner since he has already retired prior to the same and has withdrawn all his contributions in the year 2004 itself. The assertion of the petitioner that he should be extended the benefits in terms of Annexure-5 dated 07.04.2011 is nothing but a speculative kind of assertion which has been made.

All other settlements of the dues of the petitioner has already been made as is the stand in the counter affidavit of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12883 of 2015(5) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 State.

Writ is dismissed.
