This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62062 of 2021 whereby the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order with a condition that the bail bonds of the petitioner shall only be accepted if her husband surrenders before the Delhi Police in connection with Bindapur P.S. Case No. 400 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of order dated 19.10.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Dwarka, New Delhi, by which the husband of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60604 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 the petitioner namely, Deepak has been granted bail in connection Bindapur P.S. Case No. 400 of 2021. In view of the above, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62062 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
The order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62062 of 2021 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
