The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. CI-307/13, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Chandan Paswan, Kundan Paswan and Kameshwar Paswan (the petitioner) are alleged to have made firing causing death of Sahdeo Paswan. Chandan Paswan was armed with carbine. Kundan Paswan and Kameshwar Paswan were armed with pistol. It is submitted that the police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false. The present case proceeded on protest. Similarly situated co-accused Kundan Paswan has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10282/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.
