It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been remanded in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2010 as Amit Rai @ Amit Kumar Rai, son of Late Birendra Rai @ Late Birendra Pd. Singh @ Late Bhupendra Rai but due to typing error in Cr. Misc. No. 47818 of 2014, the alias name of petitioner as well as alias name of his father have been left and the same defect has also occurred in title cause of order dated 13.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47818 of 2014.

Accordingly, in order dated 13.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47818 of 2014, the name of petitioner be read as Amit Rai @ Amit Kumar Rai, son of Late Birendra Rai @ Late

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38376 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 Birendra Pd. Singh @ Late Bhupendra Rai, in place of Amit Rai, Son of Birendra Rai and order dated 13.04.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.

In the aforesaid manner, this modification petition stands disposed of.
