This application has been filed in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.Case No.119 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is still ready to keep the informant with all dignity. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 is also present and she has submitted that the girl is also ready to live with the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner surrender before the court below on 08.03.2017 and on that day, the girl will

In the meantime, learned court below will release the petitioner on provisional bail to his satisfaction with further condition that the learned court below will watch their conduct for six months by calling them each month on a fixed date and once being satisfied with the conduct of the parties, the learned court below will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise he will pass any other order, as he deems fit and proper.
