JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the bail prayer of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court and again, I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2010 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 12 of 2013 pending in the court of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, even by taking the trial of the petitioner on day to day basis.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30797 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2/2 Let a copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of Police, Munger with direction to him to ensure the presence of prosecution witnesses of aforesaid case before the trial court, whenever the presence of the prosecution witnesses is required by the trial court.
