JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice issued by the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, District-Patna under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act', 1956), in connection with Encroachment Case No. 2 of 202425, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file his objection before the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, District-Patna, within a period of two weeks from today. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

At this juncture, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner further seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Dhanarua,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14500 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 District-Patna to consider the aforesaid objection to be filed by the petitioner and pass the final order under Section 6(1) of the Act, 1956, forthwith. It is directed accordingly. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
