JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 25792 of 2016 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the owner of the concerned go-down was co-accused Subodh Singh, who has been granted bail by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sitamarhi vide order dated 21.06.2016 and so far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be staff of the aforesaid Subodh Singh and was selling liquor at the direction of co-accused Subodh Singh. Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.04.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33433 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III,Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case No. 73 of 2016, G.R.No.-919 of 2016.
