2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018.

3. At the very outset, learned APP invites reference to paragraph-3 of the petition enumerating the details of the three prior cases of similar nature in which the petitioner has been made accused.

4. Considering the nature of the accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Ibrar//- U T
